This original Makita BL1021B CXT / 197396-9 battery has a voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 2.0 Ah. This provides a power capacity of approximately 24 Wh.
In addition, the battery is equipped with four LED indicators. When all 4 are lit, the battery is at 75-100% of its level, with 3 lights at 50-75%, with 2 lights at 25-50% and with 1 light at 0-25%. If this last indicator starts flashing, the battery needs to be charged. If all four LEDs flash in a two-by-two pattern, there is a malfunction.
The lithium-ion composition ensures that this battery has a low self-discharge.
This battery can be used in combination with a large number of 10.8 V and 12 V power tools from the Makita CXT line.
