Which data do we collect?

• General information: These are the details such as name, address, town, county and Eircode, which you enter in the order form. We use this information to check and process your order.
   
• Your e-mail address: We use your e-mail address to confirm your order and inform you when your order is ready for shipment. If you have registered for our newsletter (and you have confirmed this registration), we will keep you informed of news and offers from time to time. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe.
   
• Your telephone number: In order to be able to process your order we always ask you for a (fixed) telephone number on which you can be reached during office hours (may also be work). We use this number to verify your details and order. We do not use your telephone number for marketing purposes.
   
• Your IP address:  When you place an order, we store your IP address. We do this to prevent fraud. 
   
• Traffic data: Traffic data is stored every time you visit our website. These are, for example, the number of pages that have been visited or which items have been ordered. These data are not personal and are only used to improve the usability of our website.
   
• Customer service: You can call, email, chat, facebook and twitter with us. To make our service better and to avoid having to tell the same story several times, we make notes that we keep. Phone calls can be recorded for training purposes and you will be informed if we are recording the call.
   
• Payment details: To pay for your order, we use a secure payment environment. When you pay, your data is processed and stored in our administration and at the bank and payment services to link the payment to your order.
   
• Fraud: To prevent fraud, we also investigate customer data. If necessary, we pass on your customer data to the relevant authorities.
   
• Retention period: Your data will be kept with us for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. If you no longer have an account with us, your data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep this data for longer (such as the 7-year fiscal retention obligation).
