Who's 123ink.ie?Trading online as 123ink.ie, Ink Maestro Ltd. is a proud-to-be-Irish company with the biggest range of original (OEM) and compatible consumables in the country, bar none. We're an award-winning company that's been on the go since June 2006 and as of October 2024 we've over 400,000 private and commercial clients in Ireland. We'd be delighted to add you to the list!

We're confident that we sell more printer consumables than any other local company in Ireland. We have a very large stock, a great back-end for rapid order-processing, and an expert team on hand. If you place an order with us before 7pm you'll most likely have it in your hands the next business-day.

Why buy expensive 'originals'?Hmm, good question! If you're printing photographs for sale, or documents for a top-class presentation, and you cannot afford to ever have one 'dot' printed incorrectly, then maybe you should stick to originals (you'll save substantially by buying originals via our site anyway). In the majority of cases however, using generic consumables will do nothing more than save you money.

Why buy cheap 'compatibles'?Simple. You save money and you don't compromise on quality. Usually you'll get substantially more ink or toner, and remember, use of a compatible cartridge or toner DOES NOT invalidate your printer's warranty (we've had this from one of the OEMs that supplies us directly. They didn't want to be quoted on it, but that's the legal position).

A word about our packaging: We source our own-brand products from a manufacturer that we've dealt with since 2006. Almost every one of our cartridges and toners are in 123ink.ie branded boxes. Some rarely sold items may be in universal packaging, but they are of the same high quality that our clients have become accustomed to.

What about quality?All of our 123ink.ie brand products are produced by one of the world's leading manufacturers of printer consumables. Each unit satisfies ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements so you can be assured of its quality.

What guarantee do we offer?As you'd expect, you buy a guarantee when you buy from us (please see 'Guarantee' in our 'T's and C's' menu for full details). We sell hundreds of thousands of compatible and original products per year. It's inevitable that some are damaged or develop a fault. If you're one of the unlucky ones you WILL NOT be left out of pocket if your issue is genuine, and we won't ask you to jump through hoops either!

Our warehousePlease see a selection of our stock below to get an an indication of the amount we hold. We've in excess of 60,000 units (cartridges, toners, ribbons, batteries etc.) in stock IN OUR OWN PREMISES in Dublin 11 for next day delivery. We ship the vast majority of orders the same day, and if we don't have an item here it's usually just a day away in most cases.
