The Nitecore Intellicharger i2 charger charges different types of batteries. The charger is suitable for 1.2V, 3.7V, 4.2V, 4.35V batteries. You can set the voltage separately for each lock. The charger is also suitable for Li-ion / LiFePO4 batteries (26650, 22650, 18650, 18350, 18490, 18500, 17670, 17500, 14500, 10440, 16340 (RCR123)) and Ni-MH / Ni-Cd batteries (AA, AAA, AAAA and C).
To charge 3.2 V LiFePO4 batteries or 3.8 V Li-ion batteries, you must manually select the correct charging voltage. This is done by first pressing the 'C' button after inserting the batteries, then holding down the 'V' button and releasing it when the correct voltage has been selected.
The charger is equipped with an integrated microprocessor that identifies the installed battery type. In this way, the charging current is perfectly adjusted to this and batteries are protected against overcharging. The charger can also use different charging modes (CC, CV and -dV / dt). Different sizes of batteries are easy to install thanks to a slide.
Note: Careful when charging LiFePO4 batteries! Unless set otherwise, the charger will attempt to charge it at the default voltage, which may cause damage to both charger and battery.
