Description

White 3D printer filament made from ABS plastic.

With a 1.75mm filament you can print through smaller nozzles. This helps make higher resolution prints.

This filament is coloured a bright white unlike the neutral filament which is simply uncoloured.

About ABS:

ABS is a strong, durable plastic with high resistance to ambient temperatures. It is ideal for printing objects that have to withstand a lot of wear and tear.

ABS remains flexible to some extent after printing so you can work on it further once the intial printing is finished.

Where ABS falls down is in printing fine edges or aesthetic details. Use this filament if you're printing objects that are intended for practical use rather than decoration.

Common items made from ABS:

  • Plastic plumbing.
  • Protective edging on furniture.
  • Musical instruments (like the recorder)
  • Children's toys (incuding Lego bricks!)
