I purchased a Brother HL - 1110 Mono Laser Printer in January this year. Recently four black spots continued on the right of the page. I was advised to send a copy to customer care. I sent it last Monday and around mid-day Tuesday I received a call from a very pleasant lady, Leanne. Patiently and joyfully she walked me through removing the cartridge and identifying the drum. She said to look for any mark. Lo and behold there was a large mark! She advised to clean and dry well which I did and I removed it. I inserted it and printed a complete clear copy, no traces at all! Yesterday I made a small order with 123ink.ie, I was having a bad day and was crabby with the poor girl on the chat facility on your order screen as I didn't realise you could minimise it. I placed the order and a little later got a call to say I could get your own brand of the same product €4 cheaper. This call was very much appreciated. First thing this morning the order arrived, perfect product and a gift of playing cards and a pen included. My 12 year old son and I are heading to West Cork on a mini break and the cards will come in very handy. I placed an order with you for the first time on Wed Jan 13th, and, at the same time, I completed and sent off your "Enquiry Form" e-mail, saying, in answer to Q 5, that I will defer further comment until I see how the delivery of my order is fulfilled, but I did add, that - so far - I'm impressed.

Then, early the following day, Jan 14th, I received your reply to my "Enquiry Form" e-mail, and the speed of your reply, plus your answers to my questions, impressed me further.

The following day, Fri Jan 15th, my order arrived at my house, and this impressed me no end! Because I live in a rural part of north Wicklow, I'm well used to delivery men phoning me for directions to my house, but not in this case. My compliments, therefore, to your chosen courier, Fastway, who found my house without the need for directions.

My LaserJet Toner was expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. The instructions for installation were also perfect.

Finally, I was very, very impressed with the way you thank your customer for the business. That's something that happens with rarity these days, and your "present' of the deck of cards and the ball-point pen was a nice touch.

All-in-all, and as you can deduce from the above, I'm mightily impressed with 123ink.ie, and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company. Please keep up the good work, and may your business be successful. From all I've experienced so far, you deserve it.
