Valentine's giveaway

How it works:

• All customers who place an order through our website between 6^th-26^th February will automatically be entered into the competition.
• Alternatively, answer the question below and email your entry, along with your contact name and number to marketing@123ink.ie with 'Valentine's giveaway' as the subject line. 
• A winner will be randomly drawn from all entries.

Participation 

1. The competition is free to enter for all, either by placing an order on 123ink.ie, completing the challenge on our competitions page, or by entering via our Instagram account and submitting your entry within the promotional period.

2. By placing an order on 123ink.ie within the promotional period, the participant automatically has a chance to win the prize.

3. Participation in the promotion is free.

4. Participation is only possible for residents of Ireland.

5. Minors, participants under the age of 18, may only participate in the giveaway with the permission of a parent/guardian.

6. Employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

7. Dealers and resellers are excluded from participation.

Determination and announcement of winners  

1. The winner of the prize will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail no later than 2 working days after the end of the promotion period.

2. It is not possible to correspond about results.

3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

4. 123ink.ie delivers the prize exclusively in Ireland.

5. Prize winners will participate in promotional activities associated with the promotion. No financial compensation will be paid for the cooperation provided with promotional messages.

Use of data

1. By participating in the promotion, the participant gives permission to 123ink.ie to use personal data for (communication around) the promotion, such as (but not limited to) drawing and informing prize winners. See our privacy policy for more information.

2. 123ink.ie treats all personal data obtained in the context of the promotion confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. 123ink.ie does not pass on data to third parties.

Extra Information

1. 123ink.ie reserves the right to disqualify entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

2. 123ink.ie is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from or in any other way related to the promotion and/or (use of) the prize.

3. In case of a defect in the prize, 123ink.ie cannot be held liable.

4. Prize may be substituted for a product of similar value, subject to availabilty.
