Deciding on a paper weight?
- 75g paper is ideal for printing large quantities of text. For laser printing, it delivers consistent sheet moisture and surface evenness.
-
80g paper is our most popular for printing and photocopying as it gives the pages that little bit more heft compared to the 75g.
-
100g paper is best for reproducing high-quality colour images and is perfect for printing glossy magazines, brochures and other professional work that require something more substantial.
-
200g paper has a nice texture and excellent colour rendering. Ideal for printing catalogues, presentations, certificates and posters.
-
205g paper and over is recommended for creating business cards, book covers, presentation folders and invitation cards. Its thickness ensures excellent strength and durability crafting bold and vibrant works.
*Always check your printer max gsm before choosing a heavier sheet as it may not be compatible with your printer. Most simple inkjet printers can only handle up to 120g.

All perfect for high-speed, high-volume printing and compatible with all laser and inkjet printers and copiers. Nothing less than the best! Our suppliers have produced their products from wood or recycled fibres and have recyclable packaging, which means our industry is linked to the sustainable management of renewable resources but not at the cost of quality. For laser printing our paper delivers continuous crisp pages with top class surface smoothness and our filler particle size reduces wear and tear on printer components. If you are looking for other printing material we have a wide variety of photo paper to give your images that photo finish.
Difference in paper quality
When trying to choose top quality paper Pro-design paper noticeably interacts with the ink pigments locking them at the surface, providing more vivid colours, bolder, sharper blacks, speedy drying times and a lot less smearing. Optimal stiffness reduces paper jams and is best for all finishing jobs from stapling, perforating, folding and binding to laminating, sealing and embossing.
