Each product bought from 123ink.ie comes with a standard legal warranty, which starts when you purchase an item from us. This means that 123ink.ie guarantees that an article is in good condition and with normal use should function properly and as you would expect.

In addition to the standard legal warranty, 123ink.ie provides the following:

Environmental products (original printer supplies without outer packaging):
At 123ink.ie you receive a lifetime warranty on defects of environmental products, entitling you to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Private-label printer supplies:
At 123ink.ie you receive a lifetime warranty on defects of 123ink private-label printer supplies, entitling you to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Private-label papers and labels:
At 123ink.ie you receive a lifetime warranty on defects of 123ink private-label papers and labels, entitling you to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Special papers and labels:
At 123ink.ie you receive a lifetime warranty on defects of 123ink private-label papers, entitling you to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Printers:
Printers have a different warranty procedure, where warranty handling is done directly through the relevant brand's service partner. If a printer bought from us develops a fault please contact us and we will email you the relevant instructions.
